PenSys works with many different vendors offering recordkeeping services
when you use their investment services.
In addition, PenSys utilizes it's own state-of-the-art recordkeeping
system to provide plan participants and sponsors with quarterly participant
certificates as well as daily access to participant accounts. Participants
utilize a toll-free telephone number or Internet Access to maintain their
accounts. Participants can:
- Obtain total
account balance by contribution source
- Transfer balances
from one investment choice to another
- Rebalance their
investments
- Change investment
elections for deposits
- Receive loan
information (if applicable)
- Access retirement
education modules
